FAQ

Fequently Ask Questions:

  • What kind of carpet cleaning does your company do?

Our company specializes in hot water extraction more commonly known as "steam cleaning". It's the number one recommended method by most carpet manufacturers. In many cases carpet warranties require you have to have your carpets cleaned regularly by a "certified" professional carpet cleaner.
  • How long does the carpet take to dry?

It generally takes between 2 - 4 hours to dry depending on airflow, temperature, humidity, and how dirty your carpet was. It may take longer if drying conditions are not met. Your technicians will advise you on the appropriate steps to take to greatly reduce your drying time.
  • How long before we should walk on the carpet?

It is best to allow the carpet to completely dry before walking on it but this may not be possible. It will not damage the carpet but any residue on your feet or shoes will come off easier with the carpet being damp. You also have to be concerned with the safety factor of stepping on the carpet to hard surface and falling.
  • How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

The answer to that question varies. Foremost, there are a few factors you have to consider - How often do you vacuum? - Do you have allergies? - Do you have a large family? - Do you have pets? - Do you have carpet in high traffic areas? - Do you wear shoes in the house? - And so forth. In general, every 6 months is a common amount of time. The best way to know for you personally is by keeping an eye on the carpet itself. If the carpet s showing soil you've probably waited too long.
  • Does cleaning my carpet regularly wear it out faster?

No! It actually prolongs the life of your carpet. Carpet fibers are specifically made to hide soil. But excessive amounts of soil, first, wears away your carpet protector, and second cuts and scratches at the fibers resulting in wear which cannot be reversed. So in conclusion, regular vacuuming and having your carpets professionally cleaned is a must to extend the life of your carpet.
  • What is carpet Protector?

Many of you have probably heard of "Scotch Guard". Scotch Guard is a brand name for carpet protector. There are many brands of carpet protector but the key is to use carpet protector. When you buy your carpet new it comes with carpet protector but over time that protection wears off and needs to be reapplied. Carpet protector works by lowering the surface tension of the fibers (makes it smoother). This creates a powerful invisible shield around your carpet's fibers to keep dirt from lodging within the carpet.
  • Is carpet bad for people who suffer from allergies?

According to the Carpet & Rug Institute, studies have shown that carpet is better at trapping allergens than hard surface, such as tile or hardwood, because carpet fibers catch particles and allergens that fall to the floor. When allergens are trapped in the carpet, they cannot re-circulate in the air for you to breathe.

  • The company was very professional from the very beginning. They came in and introduced themselves, told me what they were going to do, and then performed the service quickly. They were in and out in about an hour.
    Susan K., Broken Arrow
  • Todd (the owner) showed up with his helper to clean the carpets. They were so nice that I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I went shopping. While out shopping, he sent me a text of the progress...which was amazing I might add. There was a nice clean white stripe in my hallway!! When I got home, the carpet looked great. Their machine was a better machine than other companies used in the past because they were able to suck most of the water out of the carpet..which meant a shorter drying time on our carpet. We were quite pleased with the entire job. Very efficient, great customer service, and a great value. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
